Infinite fiery hearts

I follow the Quilty Love blog and love all the colourful quilts on there. This cute heart quilt got my attention and I purchased the pattern to make up quilts for Project Linus from donated fabrics.

This version is made up of bold pinks and one orange strip on a slate background, in contrast to the “calming” version here. In hindsight, I would probably switch out the inner two pinks, as the right is mostly darker than the left.

The pattern is easy to follow and kept me busy during a week of Covid isolation. The background is made up of a dark navy with white florals and a patch of pink used in the quilt. Final size 93 cm by 108 cm (36.5” by 42.5”).

Donated to Project Linus in April 2022.
